Video localisation.

NaF+ localises video campaigns for different languages and markets. We coordinate approved translations, voice-over, captions, graphics and edit variations, then deliver a clearly organised set of market-ready files.

A production plan to get there.

  1. 01

    Map the versions

We work through languages, markets, channels and available source assets, then define the version list and approval owners.

  2. 02

    Adapt the material

We coordinate language, voice and graphic work, bringing local reviewers into the agreed stages.

  3. 03

    Check and hand over

We check the approved versions against the delivery list and prepare clearly labelled files for each receiving team.

Planning your project

Localisation that starts with the source film

We assess the master film and working assets before proposing localisation. Editable text, clean footage, separate audio elements and available project files all affect the approach. Our team maps the required languages, markets and formats with your campaign leads, then identifies translation, voice-over, graphics and edit work. We distinguish a direct language version from a wider market adaptation so the scope reflects the actual creative and technical effort.

Language and local review in the production process

We coordinate the relevant language and audio specialists or work from translations approved by your own teams. We allow for differences in spoken length, text expansion, pronunciation and on-screen layout. Local reviewers check language, claims and market-specific information at agreed stages. The film remains a creative production; any legal or regulatory approval for a market stays with your appointed reviewers and advisers.

An organised handover for multiple teams

We maintain an agreed version list covering language, aspect ratio, duration, captions, end frames and the receiving team. Naming and review references help your colleagues distinguish work in progress from approved delivery. Your proposal identifies the versions and review rounds included, with additional market changes scoped separately. Explore sound design, motion graphics and social media video production for related asset requirements.

Your questions, answered.

Can you localise a film produced by another team?

Yes, where the source assets and permissions support the work. We review the master, project files, text and audio elements before confirming what can be adapted.

Do you arrange translations?

We can coordinate the relevant language specialists or use translations supplied and approved by your team. The proposal identifies translation, adaptation and approval responsibilities.

Can a local version have a different edit?

Yes. We scope market-specific changes to the sequence, message or duration separately from straightforward language replacement, then coordinate the required footage, graphics and reviews.
